Questi sono i biscottini che domani sera servirò con l'aperitivo,
sono semplici, di varie forme facili da preparare.
La ricetta è presa sul ricettario Bimby sono fatti di pasta brisé
Ingredienti:
250 gr farina
100 gr burro morbido ( io ho mescolato al burro una presa di sale )
50 gr acqua fredda
Per aromatizzare:
semi di cumino
semi di sesamo
paprika
salsa di pomodoro cotta molto piccante
sale in grani
rosmarino
1 uovo
Preparazione : si mettono tutti gli ingredienti nel mix e si lavora per 15 secondi (con il bimby velocità 6) avvolgere l'impasto nella pellicola e far riposare in frigo 15 minuti
Dividere l'impasto in 6 parti uguali e dare la forma ai biscottini, spennellarli con un po di uovo battuto e spolverare con semi, rosmarino, grani di sale, o paprika.
Per farli con la salsa piccante lavoriamo un po d'impasto con un cucchiaio di salsa di pomodoro cotta con peperoncino, infariniamo la tavola e lavoriamo bene il tutto, dobbiamo ottenere un impasto liscio che non appiccichi alle dita, tagliare con la formina e spennellare con l'uovo.
Cuocere nel forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 10 minuti.
Si mantengono per qualche giorno, se conservati in un contenitore ben chiuso
