Mamma perchè non ci fai due frittelle.
Ho preso due fichi li ho fatti a fette alte circa 1 cm , li ho passati nella pastella , risultato fritelle dolci buonissime.
Ingredienti: due fichi tagliati a fette alte circa 1/2 cm, olio per friggere,3 cucchiai farina 00, 3 cucchiai farina di riso, 1 pizzico sale, 120 gr acqua frizzante gassata fredda.
Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti , passarci le verdure, friggere , far asciugare su carta assorbente servire calde.
